For the past 2 weeks, our subscribers have not been able to successfully
send email to people with MSN.com accounts. Every other domain on the
planet seems to work fine (no errors)
Prior to this , there were no issues. Everything was running great!

Below is a snippet from the logfile involving one of the failed deliveries
from this afternoon:
-------------------------------------------------------------

We run 4 different mail servers (All SIMS 1.8b9d14), and they are all
experiencing the same issue.

When I attempt to telnet to the IP address , Port 25, I don't get any
response, which re-affirms the error the SIMS is giving.

I have queried our DNS server, and a coupe of DNS servers outside our
network, and they all seem to resolve the same as what the Mac is seeing

I contacted MSN support with a trouble ticket number from their "online
support", and they've escalated the issue.

Any thoughts while I wait for Microsoft to check out the problem and get
back to me (24 to 96 hours)??

Thanks in advance for any assistance!
