Is this caused by a DNS failure?
My ISP lost his T-1 and I was forced to make a hasty move of my servers to another ISP
with all new addressing and no advance notice. With no time to prepare (the T-1 was
down for almost a day before I found out it wasn't coming back up), I'm still trying
to recover and my SIMS box suffers from bouts of "does not exist".
The consequences seem to be both rejection of mail ('verify return paths' at work) and
inability to send -- (No relay exists for 'domain.com').
If I reboot, things are fine for a while then it recurs.
I'm using my new ISP's DNS server (listed first in my TCP/IP control panel). Their
system is all Microsoft OS based. Can anyone think of a reason this would be happening?
