I need assistance on what mail encoding to use when submitting Macintosh
formatted text files with Danish characters ( and all that jazz).
Or Swedish, German or French for that matter...

I'm using the submitted folder in SIMS.
I'm submitting plain Macintosh text files, created by Lasso 3.6.

The problem is that my files do not encode correctly when I'm sending them.

For instance '' (aelig) becomes ' ' and '' (aring) becomes '' etc.

The set up I'm using for my email header is:

Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Can anyone tell me what combination af MIME, type and charset to use when submitting a
plain ol' Mac text file with non-ascii chars in it?

I really would be happy if someone could help me or guide me in the right direction.
