That's certainly what I would do.  I have korea blocked for a REASON (more
than half my spam gets blocked by the cn-kr blacklis) and I am not maing
exceptions for someone that is giving monet to Spam friendly Korean ISPs.

Every dolalr Bigfoot spends in Korea is a dollar that helps perpetuate
more spam; it doesn't matter if it's coming from bigfoot or not, they are
lending aid and comfort to the enemy.
