Not quite. More like:
domain.com. MX 10 primary.domain.com.
domain.com. MX 30 secondary.domain.com.
Where 'primary.domain.com.' and 'secondary.domain.com.' are the host names
of your main and back-up mail servers, respectively, and 'domain.com' is a
domain for which they accept mail. The names 'primary.domain.com.' and
'secondary.domain.com.' should have corresponding A records (or CNAMES, but
that's another discussion...).
