Actually, the internet has proven this to be true. What the theorem
doesn't explicitly state is that you must do a grep for the work, as the
work in total is spread throughout the infinite number of words produces
by the infinite monkeys.



While an infinite number of monkeys is not available, the theory is being/has been tested to a limited extent:
