Does this mean that the incoming msg is bounced to the weasel, or is it just dropped from the internal delivery queue never to be seen again? In other words, does the weasel know that his msg is not getting through or does he just assume that because it hasn't bounced, it's been delivered?
The weasel will get a 572 "Blacklisted" response.
The response is issued as soon as SIMS has parsed and routed the Return-path. In other words, his client says "I have mail from admin" and SIMS replies "forget it, admin is blacklisted". None of the body of the email is ever transmitted.
