That would be 127.0.0.2, but you already knew that...  ;-)  Anyway, reverse
the tuples of the address you're testing and append the domain name of the
RBL you want to look it up in (it's not coincidental that this is similar
to querying in in-addr.arpa. for PTR records).

To look up the address 12.34.56.78 in dynablock.easynet.nl using dig, you'd
use the command:

dig 78.56.34.12.dynablock.easynet.nl.
