I think this is a DNS issue. When I look for a MX entry in the north-gate.org zone I get this:
How I am searching: Searching for MX record for north-gate.org at e.root-servers.net: Got referral to TLD1.ULTRADNS.NET. [took 144 ms] Searching for MX record for north-gate.org at TLD1.ULTRADNS.NET.: Got referral to dns3.name-services.com. [took 52 ms] Searching for MX record for north-gate.org at dns3.name-services.com.: Reports that no MX records exist. [took 67 ms] Answer: No MX records exist for north-gate.org. [Neg TTL=3600 seconds] Details: dns3.name-services.com. (an authoritative nameserver for north-gate.org.) says that there are no MX records for north-gate.org.
