I ended up listed again earlier this evening so I did contact them and they responded quite quickly. While they didn't provide details, they did say it doesn't appear to be a virus and asked some questions about my SIMS configuration. Meanwhile, there's nothing at all suspicious in my logs (other than the far too many blacklist rejections of incoming mail :-( ) around the time of the "detection".
