We're getting spam from Unsubscribenow.org -- I presume the business is a scam but don't have any direct knowledge about it. The problem, aside from being yet more spam on our server, is that the email seems to have a strange character in the headers it that seems to break Eudora on both the Mac and the PC which splits the message in two so that you can't delete the message individually if you've selected the leave mail on server option. I don't know about other programs.
Could anyone with a moment take a look and confirm for me what's going on? I've made a copy of a SIMS mailbox with the spam and one email before and after i to ensure I'm not messing with anything. The mailbox is at:

The big follow up questions are: Does SIMS handle this mangled message normally (yes I think) and; Does this count as a "Materially" falsifying header information which CAN-SPAM clarifies as:
`(2) MATERIALLY- For purposes of paragraphs (3) and (4) of subsection (a), header information or registration information is materially falsified if it is altered or concealed in a manner that would impair the ability of a recipient of the message, an Internet access service processing the message on behalf of a recipient, a person alleging a violation of this section, or a law enforcement agency to identify, locate, or respond to a person who initiated the electronic mail message or to investigate the alleged violation.
I don't recall hearing this discuss previously in the list, but if it has, my apologies and please point me toward the date of the prior discussion. Thanks for the help,

ps as an aside, we recently moved up to CGPro because the spam load was getting too heavy for OS9 (not SIMS) to handle. But SIMS still does what CGPro cannot, which is identify false helo statements but still let the email in... Long Live SIMS! Such false marker will be a part of our CAN-SPAM lawsuit. (http://legal.hypertouch.com) Thanks again Stalker for the fine SIMS application. I can only hope you will augment CGPro to help the CAN-SPAM as fast as you did SIMS to accommodate the now defunct CA anti-spam laws...
