Moving From SIMS to MacOS X Server

I have MacOS X Panther Server and would like to move my SIMS accounts 
to it (both are my work servers). I already have it up and running, and 
have recreated all of my SIMS accounts as users on the MacOS X server. 
The SIMS server has a different private IP address than the MacOS X 
Server, and I'm using a Router to port map the SMTP and POP3 ports from 
my Public IP to the appropriate private IP (Now the SIMS server, but 
will be the MacOS X Server very soon).

Is there an easy way of copying or moving any mail being held in the 
existing SIMS accounts to their Panther Server counterpart? I had 
planned on having everyone clear out their SIMS accounts at 2:00 p.m. 
today, so that little if any email would be lost or get stuck on the 
old server after the new server went live, unfortunately, some severe 
Kansas storms took out my broadband Internet for more than a half a 
day, so I'm writing this email as an alternate plan, to see if anyone 
has an idea on an easy way to transfer content from my SIMS server to 
the MacOS X Panther Server. BOth servers are off temporarily as far as 
email serving is concerned.
