they just asked domain name with problem, IP address of server and my personal details! no logs exchanged.
Try filtering your log on the message IDs (S.0000219696 and S.0000221459) to find your server's attempts to send the messages to AOL.

it pretty much repeats itself over and over (from what I could see), so I've snipped it to spare the bandwidth ;)
is that the info you needed?
No, you need to look at the SMTP session between you and AOL. I believe the lines with "SMTP-436" right around 15:44:27 and those with "SMTP-469" right around 15:59:29 should be the right ones.
The lines with S.0000221459 are just noting SIMS prepping the message for sending and closing it again when the sending attempt fails.
