Looks like your client's DNS is messed up. From DNSstuff.com

relay1.red.net: Timed out [Last data sent: RCPT TO: ]

If this is a timeout problem, note that the DNS report only waits
about 40 seconds for responses, so your mail *may* work fine in this
case but you will need to use testing tools specifically designed for
such situations to be certain.

There are other problems as well. If SIMS can't verify the sending
server's existence (assuming you have that requirement turned on)
then it'll bounce the mail.
I'm not positive that fixing the dns will solve the problem, but it
would be a good idea anyway.
