Copy the pop mailboxes to your machine with postfix and pipe them
through this command:
cat oldmbox | tr "\015" "\012" > newmbox
viola, unix formatted mbox files ready to go.
What you do with them at that point is something else, and depneds on
many other factors (POP or IMAP, for one)
Not sure if this will work, or not, but you could try sticking the
account file in the "submitted" folder, and it may just forward on
all the mail to the new server (assuming that DNS lookups point that
way). You might need to put a ".txt" on the account file for this to
work, or ensure the file type is TEXT.
That will send the entire mbox file as one massive email, IIRC.
