Does anyone here know where I can get directions for an install on Leopard?

These are specifically for Server, but I've used it for Client as
well. Since postfix is native on OSX, these "just work" in my
experience.
Read the directions carefully. I made a number of errors the first
time because I rushed through it. Now that I know each piece of the
directions and *why* it's there, I know which parts I can skip.
