Hello, We have simtrace v2. When we connect the device through USB to a laptop it does not respond. None of the lights turn on. It does not respond to any commands. ./simtrace2-lists shows Device = 0.
Can you give us some suggestions on how to use the device and if this is the normal behavior? Thank you for your time.
