I think this sounds more like a support / RMA case that should be discussed 
with sysmocom as the board
manufacturer.  If you have two units running the same firmware version and the 
setup works with one board, bu then if you swap in the other board things start 
to fail, it's a good indication of some hardware related issue that should be 
investigated and either repaired or replaced.
