Yeah, Tcl user interface looks ugly. The language looks weird -
however the same can be said about Python (which I somehow like). So I
am doing devil's advocate here.

What is the current state of Tcl interface?
Does it have bugs?
Does it lack some functionality?
Or everything is fine and it just lacks a maintainer?

I believe the maintaining of a language binding is minor once SWIG
part is done (for any language).
Perhaps we can just mark it "incomplete" so that users can use it and
if they really desire they might contribute improved Tcl binding.

I think the costs and dangers are small compared to dropping peoples'
pet language. I might guess wrong.
