Hello Leandro,
with version 1.1 we have switched build system from autoconf tools to
cmake. With that the support for windows is gone. (or to be honest: if
you have knowledge with cmake and how to make it to create build system
for windows and maybe Visual Studio - it could be possible with some
changes)
The prefered way to get also windows support is to use docker. Please
have a look into documentation.
