These aren't my complete definitions of these terms, but I've simplified these to show a thread of relatedness that I think is important to this discussion. Not getting deep into the definition of knowledge creation here.

Brain - The individual, group or societal biological storage mechanism.

Computer Hard Drive - The individual, group, or societal technological storage mechanism.

Intelligence - The individual, group, or societal knowledge retained in a storage mechanism.

Knowledge - That which is retained in a storage mechanism at any level (individual, group, societal).

Learning - The transfer of knowledge from one storage capacity to another at any level (individual, group, societal).

Knowledge creation - The creation of new knowledge that is retained.

Social acceptance - The acceptance of new knowledge from individuals and groups into broader social groups or global society.

And then:

- Brain does not equal intelligence.
- Having a brain does not guarantee intelligence.
- Intelligence does not equal knowledge creation.
- Having intelligence does not mean one can create knowledge. E.g., person with ultra high intelligence may have little or no knowledge creation capability.
- Learning is not equal to knowledge creation.
- Learning and knowledge creation both increase intelligence, but in different ways.
- Knowledge creation puts knowledge in, learning extracts it.
- Knowledge creation is the driver of social advance, not intelligence.
- Intelligence is the result of social advance, not the driver.
- Individual new knowledge is not always social knowledge (it must be accepted by society first).
