SL4 is full of people who are very critical of Eliezer and have never been in danger of getting booted. Richard Loosemore's banning is the only controversial case that I can recall. Even the message to which you replied here said the following, and the writer has never been in danger of getting booted:
I also think his ideas on AI are castles in the air with no connection whatsoever to reality, and I've said as much on SL4.
