However, IIRC, Dan said in the past that OnlineAccount can be used for things like voip, phone, etc. While in SIOC, we mainly consider Web-related services (however, nothing formally prevents the use of sioc:User for a skype account). I'd personally use sioc:User for Web-based service, and foaf:OnlineAccount for other online but not web-based services. Other opinions ?
