I am new to SIP.
I am trying to implement call forward on my project.
I am wondering that..
Is UA responsible for the call forward process or Proxy server should handle
the call forward process ??
For example: user A wanna talk to user B. user B forward it to user C maybe on
busy or unconditional.
Could someone tell me the detail process about this example?
Should user B tell proxy server in advance about call forward ?
