I am having trouble understanding this.
The grammar in RFC 3261 says
authority = srvr / reg-name
srvr = [ [ userinfo "@" ] hostport ] --> how can the
entire "srvr" be optional ?
where
userinfo = ( user / telephone-subscriber ) [ ":" password ]
"@"
hostport = host [ ":" port ]
I mean how can the entire "srvr" be optional ?
