Hi: I'm trying to understand when proxies need to see all the messages between the endpoints for the duration of the session. I know that proxies add Record-Route field to the INVITE if the proxies want to receive subsequent messages to provide mid-call features, but I'm not sure what kinds of mid-call features are there and how they can use the subsequent messages (such as ACK, BYE and 200 to the BYE) to provides those features.
