Hi

G.729 and G.729A are compatible, so there is nothing to negotiate in SDP about 
it.

G.729B added the use of SID frames. Therefore you need to negotiate it. By 
default G.729B is assumed
to be supported, and you have to declare that you don't support it if this is 
your case. The way to
do it in SDP is by adding
a=fmtp:18 annexb=no
