Hi, We support the same draft though it is now draft-levin-mmusic-xml-media-control-03.txt, but it is the same as 00. Some implementation may send you the fast update request based on the RTCP feedback draft http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-avt-rtcp-feedback-11.txt using the picture loss indication. The one I know will accept fast update request using draft-levin-mmusic-xml-media-control-03.
