Could you be more clear in what you are asking for? By examining 3261
you can discover where a tel-uri is permitted. It is permitted most, but
not all, places where a sip-uri is permitted.
Some likely places to use a tel-uri:
- request-uri
- to-uri
- from-uri
- Refer-To uri
