Hi,

I ask this question regarding HTTP authentication in sip.

As I understand, realm is a logical grouping that defines a protection
domain. When servers challenge the client for authentication they
provide a single realm.
A server maintains a database of usernames and passwords for each realm.

My question is:

Can a single SIP proxy server support multiple realms? If yes as I
presume, is it possible for a client to specify which realm it wants
to gain access to?
Can a client be authenticated for multiple realms?

Best regards,
Asif
