Hi,

Can forking be implemented in B2BUA?

The simple answer is that *anything* can be implemented in a B2BUA.
This is because there are very few constraints on what a B2BUA can do.
Almost everyone who asks this question believes a B2BUA has more definition to it than is really the case.

I mean to say can B2B do forking like Proxy servers on receiving the request.

It can do forking on receiving a request. But not "like a proxy" because it isn't acting as a proxy. It can really do much more than a proxy can do.

Lets say in my implementation there is a single server probably a stand-alone
B2B. Is B2B is the right place to implement application like Shared
Call Appearance.

That is a whole different question. That is one way to implement various features, like shared call appearance. Whether it is "the right place", or a good place, is a subject of considerable debate, and depends on your definition of "good". Using a B2BUA may make it possible to use an architecture similar to a traditional PBX. But many consider it inconsistent with the principles and goals of SIP.
