I need some confirmation on the following
Scenario.
User A User B User C
INVITE

OK

Refer:Refre-To: User C
------------>
INVITE
------------->
OK
<-------------
NOTIFY 200 OK
<-------------
200 OK
-------------->
This is a Transfer Call Setup. My Questions are:
1. In Blind call transfer, Does User A is placed on
hold when sending INVITE to User C after Refer request
is received by User B?
2. How to Send Refer request using X-lite Phone?
