You should handle a 3xx the same regardless of method. Its meaningful to
redirect many methods. For methods outside a dialog there is nothing
special to do based on method.
Receiving a 3xx response to a request within a dialog is another story.
According to 3261 it is legal. But I am aware of no scenario where this
would be a reasonable thing to do. And there is little understanding of
what to do in response.

Hi
I have a question regarding your RFC3265/RFC3856.
When a 302 respond to SUBSCRIBE (let say for presence).
can the subscriber retry the redirect address? or just consider it as
4XX class. I can see some vendor presence server possible can use 3XX
redirect the the SUBSCRIBE like Registar 3XX redirect REGISTER.
do you know any one implement this?
thanks
James
