Ajit,
If you are talking about display name (and similar)
then you are right, then it is case-sensitive.
But a "literal value enclosed in quotation marks"
in the Augmented BNF is case-insenstive.
For example:
SIP-URI = "sip:" [ userinfo ] hostport
uri-parameters [ headers ]
So, the "sip:" is case-insensitive.
Just wanted to clarify this, that's all.
