If you want to add display name in To header then it must have URI in
"name-addr" format for URIs and should not use addr-spec type for
specifying the URI.
name-addr = [ display-name ] LAQUOT addr-spec RAQUOT
addr-spec = SIP-URI / SIPS-URI / absoluteURI
