All - The Non-INVITE Actions and Problems drafts have been issued as http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4320.txt and http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4321.txt
4320 normatively updates 3261, fixing some of the problems 4321 talks about in the non-INVITE transaction. A large percentage of the implementations at the last SIPIT already implemented the draft that became 4320. Lets shoot for 100% at SIPIT 18. Thanks!
