When a proxy recieves an INVITE for a domain its not responsible for, would
it do a A record lookup and forward the INVITE across or would it do a SRV
lookup, find a server and then forward the request to that server ( further
based on A record for the SRV response). Does the spec say anywhere what the
UAC is supposed to do in resolving host names? Question is would the host
name be assumed to be the the actual proxy or just the domain which might
have proxies handling that request.
