Thankx for your help. I wana to know that i download source code of sip
which is in the c language for vovida.org side but i cannot understand i study
this coding .Is any flow chat of this coding how this coding works how can i
use it in my project.

SIP is a session management protocol defined by IETF.(RFC 3261)
There are lots of SIP implementations over open source SIP stack like
JAIN SIP implemementation in JAVA,SER from IPTEL.org.JAIN SIP
Implementations use JMF Framework for RTP and RTCP.
You can also look into Vovida.org.
