I did not see any Events specified in INVITE. Other than that the Call-Id is different for 489 Bad Event and Invite. As far as I know I did not see any thing wrong with your INVITE or 200Ok. I would start with sniffing packets on this network to see if really RTP packets are coming in or not. Both caller and Calee can do audio format PCMU/8000. Good luck..
