The ST MUST send the last reponse from TU during Proceeding and SHOULD during Confirmed state of Invite Txn. My question is - "Is it a violation for the ST to send a 100 trying *AND* last response from TU" In other words 100 Trying is always sent. I do not see the language as "MUST NOT send 100 Trying", it says "SHOULD/MUST send last response" which is being done. As far as I know 100 Trying would be harmless in this case. Am I right?
