I'm behind on this thread, but I thought that multicasting was already
worked out -- the SDP contains the multicast address the sender will
send to, and the listeners will listen to, and specifies that it's a
one-way audio link.  Of course, it's a bit messier to get the INVITE to
the UAs that it should, but that's pretty much a matter of forking.
(The big packet load is going to be the audio; getting the INVITE out is
a minor matter.)
