[Rama] In the perview on 3261 only INVITE request will create a dialog.
Dialog created thru other request would be govered by other specs, but yes they
can create dialog' as well..

repsonse with to tag and then after receiving 2xx response remove all

[Rama] Early dialog is created by 101-199 response wiht a To- tag (so its not
1xx response which would include for 100). Yes, after the final 200 response
the final dialog wil be created hence terminating the early-dialog
3) Is there any reason to keep early dialogs in the dialog's map
(considering that cannot be used to create a new request)?
[Rama] I would think its purely upto the application (if they consider a need
to keep it) if its addign or has to value to be derived from it, if its kept.
