You can try two options:
A) I would say that sipX at ww.sipfoundry.org has some voiceXML properties
but I haven't tried it extensively and I can not assure it.

B)latest SEMS with SER CVS integrates quite easily and might also provide
what you're looking for. Instead of SER you can also use openSER but I guess
the integration with SEMS is not going to be so direct.
