From: samuel <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Maybe you should check sipXpbx at www.sipfoundry.org to see if it meets your requirements. Latests versions include some High Availability and might also have some load balancing included...
2006/7/12, Robert Bedell <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > I'm trying to find a SIP Proxy that can also do SIP Load balancing > "properly". You haven't specified what "properly" means. But any SIP system that allows you to specify two SRV records for the domain name can share load between two proxies. As Samuel says, sipXpbx has a full redundancy feature -- not only can it split the call establishment load between two proxies, it can split the registration load between them, and if one proxy crashes and restarts, the other one take on all the load, and re-load the first one with all the registration data when it comes back up. I expect other SIP proxies have similar features.
