Hi, It is valid to have one sip and tel uri. Refer 3325, It mentions In P-Asserted-Identity value MUST consist of exactly one name-addr or addr-spec and if there is one value present it MUST be sip/sips url and if there are two values, one value MUST be sip/sips url and other Tel url.
