The straightforward way is simply for the UAS to send whatever ringback
it wants as early media. This is exactly what happens with a PSTN gateway.
However this approach will run into problems with implementations that
are restrictive about letting early media pass and/or rendering it.
Another way that could work in theory, but almost certainly won't work
in practice, is to include an Alert-Info header in the 180 response,
where the header contains a URI that identifies what you want played.
