How much time goes by between the 100 and the final response?

I think it should be Timer B ( generally 32 secs. )

So what happens is you get a 100, no further provisional responses for a
lengthy period of time followed by a final response? (2xx, 3xx, 4xx,
5xx, 6xx)

How much time goes by between the 100 and the final response?

BTW I meant that it would be an interesting draft to author.. AFAIK no
such document currently exists.
