I think you should first ask if anyone has implemented early-session!

I haven't heard of any. The o/a issues with early-session are somewhat 
daunting. Note that in the o/a draft we elected not to discuss this 
subject. However all the material in that draft should apply. But note 
that it should apply *independently* for session and early-session, but 
the bodies for both may appear in the same or different messages.

For instance, you could have an initial INVITE with an offer for session 
but none for early-session. Then you could have a 180 that had an answer 
for the session offer plus an offer for early-session, ...
