[Sip-implementors] transcoding TURN relays?

As we know, TURN is for relaying rtp.
 
Is there a standard for TURN transcoding?
 
I can imagine a scenario where you want not just rtp relay but you want
rtp relay with transcoding.
 
Has there been any work on this?
