1) The gateway could crash (but my pure SIP proxy/B2BUA has
failover/redundancy).

2) I could have several models of gateways, but I want an unified
accounting system. Also I can program my proxy or
B2BUA/ApplicationServer to do fancy accounting, but no the "legacy"
and "black box" gateway.

3) I could be not the owner of gateways (I get money from customer
since I offer them a VoIP integral solution, but I pay for the RTP to
my carriers).
